Question 1:Does it require a SIM card to work?How can it run VoIP?
Answer 1: The device run VoIP through 4G data or WIFI data connection. If the user has good WIFI connection then SIM card is not mandatory. But we recommend to use 4G data due to its advanced data speed and low latency character.  This device is compliant to most 4G networks in Europe.
The user can register a landline number attached to this device to make low cost VoIP calls and receive incoming calls with the real landline number. All the process will be done with the simple Android user interface in the device.
The user may choose either VoIP for calling or SIM calling instead. SIM calling means same calling service as the mobile phone.

Question 2:Can this phone work with my existing VoIP account?
Answer 2: Yes, it is possible but not recommended. The device is developed for Broadsis Easy Call System VoIP services.  The user can follow the user guide inbox to add another third party VoIP service but we cannot assure the compatibility.
