Notes:

1. The selection of joint shall be proved or verified to avoid danger.

2. The outer diameter of the soft trachea should be within the range of +-0.15mm, while the outer diameter of the hard trachea should be within the range of +-0.1mm.

3. The insertion end of the trachea shall be sheared and smoothed along the vertical end surface with a special appliance. When it is pulled out, the stuck part shall be cut off.

4. When the trachea is inserted, it should be confirmed that the trachea is inserted in place, and the exposed part of the trachea should be kept parallel to the connector line as far as possible, so as to avoid air leakage caused by bending of the trachea.

5. When tightening the thread connection, a wrench must be used to pull the metal hexagon of the joint. The rotation of the plastic shell is only limited to the adjustment of the output direction of the air pipe.

6, inch thread connection is coated with sealant, but in case of excessive negative thread can be sealed with raw tape, especially the used old joint.

7. The end face of metric thread shall be closed with flat washer or rubber ring.
