PRINCIPLE AIR HEATER

The fuel pump and combustion-supporting air controlled by the chip are mixed in a certain proportion in the combustion chamber of the machine. The cold air fan is sucked into the inside of the machine, heated when passing through the chamber, conveyed to the hot air outlet through the fan and entered the vehicle.

INSTALLATION POSITION

TRUCK-The heater is located at the foot of the copilot.
              The heater is located at the rear arm of the cab.
              The heater is located at the back seat of the four level seat.
              The heater is located in the toolbox.

MOTOR HOMES-The heater is located before the copilot.
                             The heater is between the positive driving seat and the auxiliary driving seat.
                             The heater is located under the bottom.
                             The heater is located under the container.
                             The heater is located in the trunk.

MINIVANS/COMMERCIAL VEHICLES-The heater is mainly installed in the passenger compartment or suitcase of the vehicle in the seven-seat sedan of the five-seat sedan. If it can not be installed in the passenger compartment or suitcase, the heater can also be fixed under the vehicle, but waterproof splash should be noted.

Excavator-The heater is located in the box of the driver's seat.

MATTERS NEEDING ATTERNTION 
1. After the heater is first installed, it should be opened several times to completely remove the air in the fuel supply system and fill the fuel pipeline.
2, the heater should be tested before use. During the trial operation, all connections must be carefully checked for leakage and safety. If there is smoke emission, abnormal combustion noise or fuel odor, should close the heater, pull out the fuse, so that it can not run. It can be used only after professional maintenance.
3. Before each heating season, qualified professionals must inspect and carry out the following maintenance work: inspect the intake and outlet for contamination and foreign matter; clean the outside of heater; inspect the circuit connector for rust and loosening; inspect the intake pipe and exhaust pipe for blockage and damage; inspect the combustion Is there any leakage in the oil pipeline?
4. When the heater is not used for a long time, it should be operated once every four weeks for 10 minutes at a time. The oil pump and the combustion-supporting air fan and other mechanical parts should be prevented from malfunctioning (fixing).
5. The inlet and outlet of the heater must be kept free from blockage and dirt, so that the warm air duct is unobstructed to prevent overheating.
6. When replacing the low-temperature fuel, the heater should run for at least 15 minutes to inject new oil into the fuel pipeline and fuel pump.
7. The heat exchanger of the heater can not be used for more than 10 years. Upon expiration, the heater must be replaced by a genuine product, which shall be replaced by the heater manufacturer or his authorized agent. The overheat sensor must also be replaced at the same time.
8. If the exhaust pipe of the heater discharging the burning exhaust gas is arranged in the manned area, when the service time reaches 10 years, it must be renewed with authentic parts.
9. In automobile welding operation, the heater's power positive electrode should be removed from the battery and grounded to prevent damage to the controller.
10. In the process of transportation and storage, the ambient temperature of heater should not exceed - 40 ~85 ~C, in order to prevent damage to electronic components.
11. Only authorized customer service stations are allowed to install and maintain heaters and non-original parts are prohibited to avoid danger.

12. The manufacturer shall not be responsible for warranty if the heater is damaged due to self-sealing or installation or operation in accordance with regulations.
