Calories Consumption BMI Index——You need set user information such as age, sex, etc. before using pedometer. After setting user information, the watch will calculate user BMI (Body Mess Index). Exercise Record——The watch can remains the last 10 exercise records. 50 Years Calendar——The watch contains 50 years calendar (2010-2059). The week will be reset automatically after the year, month and date have been set. Stopwatch——The maximum of stopwatch measurement is 99 hours 59 minutes and 59 seconds. It has two ways to measure: single segment stopwatch and lap stopwatch. Single segment stopwatch is available to measure the running time of one athlete. Lap stopwatch is used to record the lap time and split time, it can save up to 30 laps data. Alarm——If you turn on the alarm, this watch will chime for about 20 seconds while reaching the alarm time, press any button to stop the chime. Hourly Chime——If you turn on the hourly chime, this watch will beep once every hour on the hour. 5ATM Water Resistance——The watch is water resistant to 5 ATM. It is no problem to wear the watch while washing hands, having shower with cold water, swimming. Do not wear the watch while diving or having sauna, and so on.
