By providing the new IRFI4xxxH-117P series MOSFET half-bridge, IR improves the performance of Class D audio amplifiers.
The integrated half-bridge package reduces the number of components by half and improves PCB layout. In addition to the lower on-resistance, the series of MOSFET half-bridge also has optimized gate charge, parasitic diode reverse recovery capability and internal gate resistance. These have improved the performance and performance of Class D audio amplifiers, such as efficiency, total harmonic distortion and electromagnetic radiation.
The typical on-resistance RDS (ON) of the IRFI4xxxH-117P is 80 mOhms and the gate charge is typically 13NC. The switching charge is 4.1NC.
