Iii. Product Description

The LMX2594 is a high-performance broadband synthesizer capable of generating any frequency in the 10MHz to 15GHz range without the use of an internal doubler, thus eliminating the need for sub-harmonic filters. High-performance PLL with a quality factor of -236dbc /Hz and high phase detector frequencies achieve very low in-band noise and integrated jitter. High speed N divider not preloaded

Frequency divider, thus significantly reducing the amplitude and number of stray. There is also a programmable input multiplier that reduces integer boundary spurious.

The LMX2594 allows users to synchronize the output of multiple devices and can be applied when a delay between input and output is determined. The frequency ramp up generator can synthesize up to 2 slopes in either the automatic ramp generation option or the manual option for maximum flexibility. The frequency can be accelerated to more than 20μs by fast calibration algorithm. LMX2594 adds a pair of generated or heavy

Complex SYSREF (JESD204B compliant) support makes it an ideal low-noise clock source for high-speed data converters. Fine delay adjustment (9ps resolution) is provided in this configuration to address the delay difference of the plate trace.

The output drivers in the LMX2594 provide output power of up to 7dBm at a carrier frequency of 15GHz. The device is powered by a single 3.3V power supply and has an integrated LDO, eliminating the need for onboard low-noise LDO.
