- The package no include SIM card, customers need to get it from your own country by yourself

- Please read the user manual carefully before use this item

Common Problems And Solutions

- Unable to start: Please check whether the battery is fully charged and properly installed

- Hold the line: If you have set an authorized phone number and use the unauthorized phone number to call the device, then it will hold the line. Please send factory default command to recover factory setting

- Instruction:format+password

- Notice: Once user send this instruction to GPS tracker, all setting which has been done by user will be canceled. Only admin phone number can executive this instruction

- Failed to monitor: Please check whether the unauthorized phone number is set successfully

- Offline:

- Please check whether the SIM is installed correctly

- Ensure the power is turned on

- Check the LED indicator status and refer to LED indicator introductions

- Platform offline:

- Please call the SIM card that in the GPS tracker and check whether the phone call is normal

- Please check whether your car is in the basement or somewhere else that no GSM network signal

- Check whether your SIM card is in debt

- Check whether the GPRS is normal
